STRENGTHS:. Roy has the ability to turn into raw data. He has a video form where he is comprised entirely of video information and he will appear as a pixelated jumble of video static and digital information. It is a sub set power of technopath and Roy has picked up a few tricks along the way.
By turning into this digital information Roy is able to travel through phones and computers. Sending his information from one location to the next. Roy is able to download things in digital form pulling items from the internet. For example that cute top you've been dying to have that currently has 13 bids on ebay, Roy can hack into the computer and physically download an exact copy of it to his location.
Roy can create digital recreations, or hollograms of people persons or things. Usually when he does this some famous cameo from some famous movie. They appear as slightly pixelated, but still recognizable versions of whoever he is trying to create. They act on his command and whatever he tells them to do in his mind they will do. Roy can absorb video from Televisons, computers or any other source of media, phones ipods etc.
Doing so will not only give him a supercharge where he can feel fully rested and fully healed, but it will also instantly download to his mind new information. For example he can know there is a 2 hour presidental stream on youtube to watch, download the information instantly and automatically know what all was said. Like his holograms Roy can create other video constructs. He can create things out of pure video images. They will appear slightly blurry and pixelated, but their structural strength depends on the bandwidth at which he downloaded it.
WEAKNESS: Roy can not create and shape digital video forever with no consequence. In order to create and shape digital video from thin air he usually needs to absorb digital video information. It doesn't matter what it is of just something he can suck off like a vampire. In deadzones with no wireless hotspots and no internet around in surrounding buildings Roy's abilities are dampened. Not gone, but he is drained alot more quickly.

OVERALL. Roy is a handsome pretty boy. He has the looks and the body and he knows it. Roy has hair that he usually just lets sit how it sits naturally. Usually he is dressed in a jean jacket vest over a black hoody with the hood hanging out of the back. A pair of sneakers and a beanie.

OVERALL. Roy is a cocky confident young man. He is the type of guy to invite himself home with you and talk his way into the front door. Before you know it he's sitting on your couch eating a sandwich you made him and asking which side of the bed you want. He's charming. He's a talker that's for sure. He doesn't really know the meaning of the word no. Not because he is stubborn, but because no body ever really tells him no. Roy is used to getting whatever he wants, whenever he wants.

OVERALL. Roy grew up in foster care. His parents quickly abandoned him when they saw a baby Roy turn into a digital pixelation of images in his crib. Roy was special. Unlike most who don't manifest their powers until puberty Roy was doing it right out of the crib. It didn't help his life turn out any better.
He was sent away by parents that were disgusted by what they created. Roy had an older brother. Dylan. Dylan has spent his life searching for Roy. He believed he found him, and watched him die at the hands of a mutant hater. What Dylan actually witnessed was Roy turning to digital form and slowly bleeding off of the street and into a storm drain a massive puddle of digital information. It was his escape. Dylan went on to hate mutants.
His pain and his confused feelings twisted his morals against his brother's kind and Dylan now works for G.A.D.E.M. Roy has never learned of his brother. The closest thing he has to a brother is Johnny Rome. Who he shared a foster home for about 6 months. Roy and Johnny became very close and in their eyes, family.
